this is a character i created in my spare time. i have been getting into and watching slot more 1930's and ren and stimpy, this is what i came up with after watching a couple of hours of cartoons. i first drew this character in my sketchbook and then took him into illustrator for the linework, and then into photoshop to colour up and to drop am old school film lens as the background and a soft light overlay of the same image.
